Recover Password

To help protect the safety of your account, we cannot give your login information to you through email, chat or phone. However, you can reset your password and regain access to your account using our password recovery tool.

• Enter your email click Submit to get a Link.
• An email will be sent to the registered email for the account. That email will include a link to change your password.
• Click the link and you will be prompted to enter the password twice. The password should be at least 6 characters longs and must contain one letter and at least one number or symbol.
• Once you have updated the password, you can return to Name.com and log in with the new password.
